Av rapporten framgår att både konsumenter (97 procent) och kontaktcenterchefer (98 procent) är överens om att interaktionerna har påverkan på konsumenters lojalitet till ett varumärke. En majoritet (88 procent) av kontaktcentercheferna håller också med om att varumärkesuppfattningen i sin tur direkt påverkar företagets totala intäkter; positiva interaktioner ökar lojaliteten och därmed också intäkterna.
