Forskaren Michal Lysek på Högskolan i Halmstad har identifierat två nyckelfaktorer som ligger bakom framgångsrik innovation och tillväxt. Det handlar bland annat om att fördjupa relationen med kunderna och bli ”kompis” med dem.

Michal Lysek har undersökt innovationsprocessen vid framgångsföretaget HMS Industrial Networks i Halmstad, men även gjort kompletterande studier av företagen Axis Communication i Lund och Sectra i Linköping. Alla företagen är teknikbaserade och har dragit nytta av digitaliseringen för att växa.
